Affinity was founded by Richard Elliott, whose extensive career in property and house building gives Affinity Homes inherent strength. Over 20 years of experience has now been harnessed within an independent business, which is free to offer truly tailored solutions and to build homes of immense character.
Every project undertaken by Affinity Homes involves a handpicked team of skilled professionals and trades, chosen for their standard of workmanship and mastery of their craft. We keep our activities small and select as this allows us to oversee every detail – tightly project managed and yielding homes that surpass the expectations of buyers.
Underpinning our entire house building operation is a sensitive awareness of sustainability issues. We pledge to be resourceful and mindful on site and within our office operations, with the ‘re-use, reduce and recycle’ mantra at the forefront of our minds. Expect us to source locally-produced and low-carbon materials where possible, as well as equip our properties with the latest eco-friendly features, such as energy efficient boilers, A-rated appliances and electric car charging points.
