We're pleased to announce Park Place, our next development: five self-build plots in an exclusive gated setting on Chiddingly Road in the village of Horam, East Sussex.


Each home will offer four or five bedrooms on plots of up to a third of an acre, with double garages, air source heat pumps and a high specification throughout.


Park Place launches in summer 2027, and all five plots are available as self-build plots. You buy the plot, design the home you want within the planning permission, and Affinity Homes acts as your contractor to build it. Because Stamp Duty is charged on the price of the plot rather than the finished house, buying the land also brings a Stamp Duty saving.
